There is a unique power in awe – it inspires, uplifts, and transforms. Raven, a fourth-year Social Work student at Trent University Durham GTA, is in awe of how complete strangers, through their generosity, have profoundly changed her life’s trajectory.  

Thanks to generous supporters like you, Raven moved from a shared bedroom to a room of her own, a sanctuary she never had growing up. What appeared to be simple financial support turned out to be a life-changing gift, enabling her to focus more clearly on her academics. 

The Trent Fund is crucial as it meets the basic needs of students, providing emergency support, housing, and on-campus jobs. It’s a lifeline that helps equip students to continue their education and build a better future for us all.
